At Vieresta Homes, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to Return
To initiate a return, please email us at vierestahome@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
EU Consumers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, please contact us at vierestahome@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at vierestahome@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
